Be willing to take risks in your work.  Take on new challenges because they will expand whoyou are.  Learn new skills, take classes to sharpen your senses and ping new interests. Run meetings.Work and Live your Passion.   If you don't know what that passion is, get curios, explore, discover what other peopleare doing and try it out.Create, Cultivate ConnectionsSurround yourself with what you love that engages your senses and stimulates youMentally, Emotionally and Physically.

Knowledge is everything - Own I am a People Pleaser or whatever the it is.  From this point you can create anything.Always ask questions.  Questions create curiosity.   It is never a sign of weakness that you do not know it all.Never be afraid to ask for help.   It affords other people to contribute to you.  You don't have to do it all all of the time.Look for mentors to help get you to the next level.Acknowledge everything about yourself - the good, the bad and the ugly.   Own it.  Once you know where and how you operate,you can adjust accordingly to go in the direction you wish to go.
