Shoulder Strength + Mobility (8)
In this episode, I will talk you through 6 exercises that I use in every one of  my yoga classes that focus on your shoulders. These are great for rehabbing shoulder injuries as well as getting into arm balances and inversions in your personal practice. 45-minute Crow Pose Practice (7)
  In this practice, you’ll spend a little less than an hour building up to crow pose. The focus is primarily on building strength and mobility in your shoulders but there is a bit of abdominal work in the practice as well. The practice starts with a little flow to get warm and then settles into longer holds as we build up to the arm balance.
