Meditation: Bringing Calm to the System
I had a request from a friend to provide a general meditation for calming that could also be used for falling asleep. This meditation is a basic body scan that guides you through gradual relaxation of the body. You'll notice it ends abruptly and this is in case you are using it to fall asleep.
