I guess I needed to just talk my 💩 in this episode! Sometimes I hold stuff in, so as not to be a burden unto others, but when I do that, I end up needing to vent without even realising. This is the second episode of this lil podcast. It's not the episode I had intended to give you, but Mother Nature intervened and provided us with an epic, electrical storm here in London last night, and none of the audio that I had for you saved - boo! I'm this episode I talk about the benefits of disconnecting from our modern day devices, and just enjoying what's around us.
