We have not been given the spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind… The achieve anything in life we must have faith, for faith always sees the possibilities even when there is no evidence in sight, we should walk by faith and not by sight. It’s easier for negative thoughts to stay in you rather than positive thoughts. By default, the negative thoughts are waiting…and once the mind is ‘empty’, they find their way in with no effort whatsoever-they just walk in. What I’ve discovered however, is that negativity is a breeding ground for fear, doubt, worry and self-pity. They park in and pay no rent, other brethren like procrastination, ‘but’, ‘someday’, then begin to pitch their own tents. All of a sudden, you are no longer in control-the power belongs to the new crew and they never apologise for their rude and unwelcomed intrusion…. The questions now is, how do I kick this unwanted ‘visitor’-negativity and company out or sweep them aside? How do I begin my day with a positive attitude; with "POSITIVITY"?

Heather has personally excelled in all sports, winning all the Victrix Ledorums, which were the trophies for all sporting events available at the time… At a tender age of 16, she became the first non-white to be chosen for Rhodesia…an accolade to be proud about. Toured South Africa under very difficult conditions & played international basketball against, Russia, Greece, and Spain. Then went on to play & captain Zimbabwe…and touring most of Southern Africa & the Indian Ocean islands. Basketball was her life, right up to the age of 35 years of age. Although her first career choice was in P. E, she later followed a corporate career, however that longing never ceased. Then she had her kids & dedicated her life to raising them. And only when they had finished their university first degrees, did she decide to go back to the drawing board, what she called her happy place which was my life in sport. So together with God, she believes that she’s finally found her purpose & that His timing is perfect.
