The year is 1999. We are deep into the Monday night wars. ECW had started there pay per views and were just about to get a nationwide TV deal. WCW had spent 1998 riding high with Goldbergs undefeated streak, the rise of Diamond Dallas Page, and an amazing workhorse undercard. The WWF had just started to gain back momentum in the ratings with Mick Foley putting butts in seats and the colossal star power of The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin and the evil Mr McMahon.
