In this check-in, my wife Vee joined in on the weight loss journey. Primarily, we keep our workout and weight loss sort of private, as I know women don't really like to share their weight. While I have been focusing primarily on diet, Vee has primarily focused on exercising because she doesn't like to count calories. And quite frankly, when I stop doing jumping jacks, my stomach doesn't stop doing them. And while she has been upstairs, I was downstairs doing some damage with some pizza bagel bites. I am currently down 7.7 lbs since starting this, and I am only going to do these measurements once a week. The biggest thing that I'm afraid of doing is losing a lot of muscle while I'm losing fat. And since I have such a distaste for exercising, I came across the total body gym from OYO. It is portable, is less intimating and less costly than a treadmill. That said, I figured that I would give this a shot.
