Episode 15- Do we ever really take off the uniform?
In this episode, we discuss taking some of those bad calls home with us. We discuss taking the uniform off at the front door of the house and does it really happen. This is the first part of a discussion about first responders' mental health and things we can do. With the growing number of Suicides among EMS workers, I believe a little awareness we can get those who are having trouble handling bad calls and bad situations help before it is too late.
