Welcome to Heart’s Tavern & Bar Grey County’s newest dining experience. While they currently only offer take-out food and drinks, the future of Heart’s looks bright. Through restoring the 19th-century home that will serve as the new restaurant, Tyler Wilson, co-owner & general manager, has consistently adapted to the unique features the historic building has to offer. When finished the restaurant will feature a patio, bar, dining room, meat locker, wine cellar, and smoker. Today we focus on her, and her Miss Universe Canada Journey as a national delegate representing Grey County on the national stage.
