012 Letting Go Of What's Not Working
Just like you, I want to change the world and I want to do that by helping people like you do the work that you’re meant to do, to let go of all the things that hold you back and hold you down, and give you the tools to breathe again, try something new, shift your perspective and go out there looking at the world through the eyes of your soul and not your scared human self. It’s OKAY to let go of what’s not working so you can make room for the BETTER things that are coming. Show notes: tanyadube.com/blog

011 Katie Phillips - What is The Making of YOU?
Katie and I have been in and out of each other's worlds for the past three years. I found her at the beginning of my coaching career because of her deep love for women and the feminine energy and her career helping women achieve their goals, from relationships to business to spirituality. I adore this Aussie born woman. She comes from a place of no-judgement, she is filled with love and support and urges her clients to go further than they ever have in order to co-create the life of their dreams. And she is so talented and creative. From holding dinners in a few places in the world, a place for women to come together and network, learn and grow, to producing a show, to coaching international clients. She really is the real deal, and I know you'll love this episode because I do. Links in the show notes at tanyadube.com/blog

005 Burning the Boats: a path to confidence and getting what you want
Tony Robbins once said “if you want to take the island then burn your boats and you will take the island. Because people when they are going to either die or succeed, they tend to succeed. But most of us give ourselves a way out and that’s why we don’t have what we want.” I started thinking of all the times I said I would “try” or “do my best”. Why not just say "I’m going to figure out what to do and then do those things so that I will achieve what I want?" It’s easier said than done when you’re not used to thinking this way. First you have to think that it’s possible, and there’s no better way to start than to say “I believe I can do anything”, and then follow it up with closing your eyes and doing some deep breathing, holding the visualization of you having achieved your dream.

001 It's Yours For The Taking
It’s time that you decide that what you want has got to be greater than the fear of what other people are going to think about you. It just has to be. What you’re meant to do on this planet has got to outweigh the fear of what it’s going to take to get it.
