3.04: Rooted in her why FEAT. Livt
What the hell is up stars? I'm back with another episode! Just days before I left for Los Angeles with my sister for this grand move of mine, I snuck in one last interview with a star I'd wanted to chat with for a while. I had the sparkling opportunity to sit down with Lakewood-raised Livt, who is now a Seattle-based musician and filmmaker. In this episode, Liv and I reflect on the motivations behind her entire discography, her sources of inspiration, and the why that keeps her rooted in herself and her art-making. As a queer gal on my own journey of self-acceptance, Liv's words of wisdom landed at an opportune moment. This episode did not come without a few bumps in the road, both geographically and metaphorically. Listen in stars, and root with me.
