episode #038: Lincoln's birth story
Welcome! This is the episode where I share Lincoln’s birth story. Honestly this was incredibly therapeutic for me to plan, write, and share. I’m approaching this episode primarily as a way for me to process and document our birth - something for us, our family, to listen to later on in life. Here are a few topics that were discussed: what it was like delivering during the covid pandemicA few tips that helped with my pregnancy overall A few tips that helped me the most during the birth Any red flag (or yellow) flags during pregnancy that would give us the idea that Lincoln would need to visit the NICU Tamara, my doula: www.storkhelpers.comMy newsletter: https://colossal-artisan-3105.ck.page/whataboutthemama IG: @karenakarena_ or @whataboutthemama Thanks for being here!
