In this episode, James and Amanda tackle the importance of recognizing that becoming a fit person requires a change in identity. The conversation goes from the San Luis Obispo Inspired fitness Expo to updates about their upcoming fitness competition to their top 3 points about the topic of the week.  Amanda’s 3 points:  Find your own identity; don’t aspire to be someone else. Instead, be the best you.  The 6 Ps Prior Proper Planning Prevents Poor  Performance Have a journal to track progress on nutrition and fitness.  James 3 points: Find something you enjoy. Working out does not have to be a chore. If it is, you won’t stick with it.  Surround yourself with the kind of people you want to become.  Accept the idea you want to change, so you’ll have to change.
