Cross Country Mountain Biking With Savilia Blunk
Savilia Blunk is a professional cross country mountain biker who is striving to represent the USA. Growing up in the small town of Inverness, California, Savilia learned the importance of understanding where you come from, your surroundings, and how you have the power to change your environment for the better. She comes from multiple generations of artists, with the creative hand shaping my early life. These experiences have influenced how she expresses her own strengths and weaknesses as a female athlete, and how she relates to her environment and connect to those around her. This has all fueled my desire to share her path to well-being and happiness with the rest of you. Unfolding in her high school years with NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association), her passion as a cross country mountain bike racer was launched into a professional career as an athlete. During the three years of her professional career, she has earned 5 National titles and multiple top 15 World Cup finishes. Savilia now races professionally on the World Cup circuit for Orange Seal. However, she believes she has more to offer than being a bike racer on a bike, and she is here to share her stories, advice, and help empower and motivate the next generation. Living Hakuna With Alejo And Andrea
Join us as we chat with Alejo and Andrea about Living Hakuna. In 2016, just four months after getting married and buying their regular (brick and mortar) house, Alejo and Andrea decided to leave their full-time 9 – 5 jobs. The ‘traditional’ life simply wasn’t what they expected it would be. Back then they thought they were doing everything correctly; they went to college, got good jobs with health and retirement benefits, bought a house and had cars… It almost seemed like the perfect life. The only problem was that they didn’t have what they desired the most, TIME. Time to be together. Time to be with their dogs. Time to do what they love. Time to simply be happy. Since then they have chased the wind. Living on their catamaran and kiteboarding at some of the worlds most desirable locations. You can follow these awesome folks here: https://www.facebook.com/LivingHakuna/ https://livinghakuna.com/our-sailboat/

Through These Eyes With Ben Cooke
Ben Cooke's primary pulse in this existence, is travel. Geographical, sure, but mainly of the mind. For many years, Ben has been lucky enough to see more of the world than most of my contemporaries. Its ability to inspire him, to stun him, to sadden him, to educate him, to show him love in all its heartbreaking forms, to conjure any number of emotions up within him, is what makes him tick. Ben feels it always will. He cannot imagine a life without the foreign, an unknown that incites change, ripples him with scars and colorful imprints. Curiosity has always won over a need for the familiar, the secure.  Indeed, security has always seemed to Ben to be the wrong reason for anything. In his mind, you want the blows to land. http://www.bencookephotography.com/

Enduro Mountain Biking With Greg Callaghan
Greg Callaghan is Red Bull sponsored and Ireland’s number-one mountain bike rider. He is on a mission to win the Enduro World Series. In the space of a few years, Greg Callaghan has gone from living out of his customised van while self-funding his appearances at downhill mountain bike events to becoming Ireland’s only pro rider. Callaghan made a big on the professional circuit, finishing third overall in the Enduro World Series in October 2017 after scoring some impressive results during his debut season – including his first pro race win outside of Ireland, in Madeira, Portugal. “To get a win outside of Ireland and solidify myself as someone who's good all over the world and not just a hometown hero was a big step for me,” he says. “I don't want to be that guy that just wins at home and does OK everywhere else – I want to be the guy that can win anywhere.” That podium-topping performance in Portugal catapulted Callaghan to the top of the rankings for a brief time at the midway point of the season. Now he’s hungry for more success and he has his sights set on becoming the first Irish rider to win the Enduro World Series. Follow Greg here: https://www.facebook.com/greg.callaghan2
