Unwavering Devotion to the Fire with Ash and Sarina
This discussion was inspired by an email that came into our Warrior Goddess inbox and was recorded over the Summer Solstice 2022 while we were in Teotihuacan, Mexico. The question: “How are you relating to fire now that you have had the wildfire?” During this candid chat with my student and apprentice, Sarina, we talk about being firewalk instructors, aligning with wildfire destruction, and grounding into our being while navigating loss.  Meet Sarina Sarina Harz is a Certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Community Magic Maker. Sarina has spent the last decade serving clients with chronic medical conditions, facilitating trauma-informed care, and assisting people in getting free in their lives. They work as a mental and behavioral health therapist, ritualist, and wilderness rites of passage guide. They can be found dancing around the fire, playing in the woods, conjuring magic, and disrupting the status quo.

Opening Your Mind to Pleasure and Love with Satya
During this episode with my dear and long-time friend, Satya, we dive into what it means to love ourselves fully, explore our bodies where they are now, and how love can heal in curious and adventurous ways. Also... pussy tours. Come on a journey with us to our past and also into our present and see how two wild women have danced and deepened with all Life has brought us. Meet Satya Satya has been studying, practicing, and teaching sacred sexuality and Tantra for over 30 years. She's had around 15,000 client sessions, led hundreds of workshops all over the USA and in Japan, and countless people have told her that she changed their life. Something changes when you are in extended orgasm frequently. It opens a gateway to divine energy. Satya's life began to flow more easily and joyfully. She attracted wonderful lovers who would say to her (regarding either sexual energy or emotions), “Is there more?” instead of “You’re too much.” She learned to trust in her connection with the universe, and this has taken her to unimaginable realms of ecstasy. To work with Satya more, check this out.

Right-sizing yourself in the world with Kriste Peoples
On any given day Kriste can be found running / hiking in the wilds of Colorado or sharing her passion for mindfulness and meditation. As an ambassador for both movement and mindfulness, Kriste encourages women, and especially women of color, to stretch beyond the known and familiar. “I am at this intersection of running or hiking and being in nature and wonder. Returning to a sense of beginner's mind and rightsizing myself in the world.” I met Kriste at Sounds True where I was part of a summit she was producing. Since then I've been blessed to get to know her as a friend, and to marvel at her stamina, smile, and sass on and off the trail. (Join her IG and follow along on her adventures.) In this episode we talk about belonging, being inspired by others to go beyond old boundaries and limitations, being brave, and the beauty all around how how to tune back in. https://kristepeoples.com https://www.instagram.com/kristepeoples http://blackwomensalliance.com “You know, sometimes we might think that our issues are the only show in town, but you know, when we take a moment to stand under a a hundred year old tree or to feel the breeze blowing over us and really feel the impact of what that is and what that means and how we're part of a vast ecosystem... by the time we come back home, well, we can come home to ourselves in those moments." Kriste Peoples is a runner, writer, and meditation teacher, and when she's not out adventuring along the trails of Colorado’s Front Range, she's likely writing about it (or recovering with carbs in a local eatery). She can also be spotted offering talks about engagement in nature, gently nudging others to take up the cause of fun in the outdoors. Making Meaning with Day Schildkret
A live broadcast with Day Schildkret, one of my most favorite people, to celebrate the release of his new book, Hello, Goodbye.: 75 Rituals for Times of Loss, Celebration and Change. Many of us don’t do change well. We fight it, power-through it, ignore it, fear it, dissociate from it. We haven’t been given the skills to make it meaningful — to make it matter. Day's purpose is to empower individuals, communities and companies to learn the power and potential of ritual to mark moments of endings and beginnings. This leads to resilience. As we continue to go through massive cultural and global transitions, we need a pathfinder through all the change. Day shows us how ritual is our most essential tool. https://www.dayschildkret.com Hello, Goodbye.: 75 Rituals for Times of Loss, Celebration and Change. http://www.morningaltars.com

The Victim and Judge Dance
The ongoing journey with two main aspects of our selves: the judge who tends to punish, compare, and look for faults, and the victim who feels like it is not fair, I don't know how to do this, I'm scared... Often we find the victim energy distasteful, and the judge mean, but both have healed, more mature versions. The judge can be shifted into discernment, the victim can be shifted into honest vulnerability. Today we explore how to support ourselves in growing up with love and fierce compassion. Integration and Being Illogical
I don't have time to integrate! I / you / they / the world must make sense! Oh, little mind, you need rest. You need emptiness. You need no-thing. And you need to let in the no-sense and stop trying to make meaning of everything. Because it is in the gaps: the long walks, while sudsing up in the shower, or while petting your purring cat that your brilliance will burst forth. And it is in the chaos and the disorder that something new will be born. So let's do nothing for no reason and see what arises. Truth-Telling, Emerging Courageously, and Connecting to Our Intuition
During this session, Kelly and I talk about her journey to discover her voice, truthtelling even when it's messy, and listening deeply to our intuition. We talk about how to let go of guilt, cheerlead ourselves, be in the Mystery, and how to be honest with ourselves even when it's challenging. As we re-emerge from this cacoon of quarantine life, how can we take those lessons back out into the world with mindfulness, ease, and courage? A little bit about Kelly Throughout Kelly's life, she's worn lots of different hats. She's worked in boardrooms and ashrams. She's blended two families and six children. She's brought women from more than 50 countries together in my passion for truthtelling and uplifting women’s voices. She's a devoted mom, wife, friend, mentor, bestselling author, and businesswoman who knows that putting on your own oxygen mask is the best way you can model what it means to take care of yourself and others. These experiences are all a part of her—the good, the bad, and everything in between. She's messy, genuine, and perfectly imperfect. Find out more at her website: www.womenforone.com

The Power of Separation
For the past thirty years plus I’ve been creating separation. On purpose. Because separation is a path of healing and reconciliation. We all have trauma, and hurt, and healing to do. Creating mindful separation is not a form of denial or something that is creating more destruction. My intent always always always is to speak truth, learn from past mistakes, name where we have been so we can choose where we are going. This 30-minute musing explores how to create good, healing, potent, magical separation.
