17: Episode 17: Prioritize your happiness
If you’re anything like me than putting this into practice makes you a lifelong student! I lead with my heart and feel so deeply that I tend to understand everyone else’s needs and agree to them before my own. When women are asked to write a list of their priories in life, guess what happens? Well let’s try it, take a moment to list your priorities below, let’s just stick with 5! Here are mine without thinking deeply:  Family Friends  Work  Dogs Home  I can’t say they are necessarily in that order but there they are! I’m sure if I continued writing I’d eventually scribble down things like my health, fun and romance! That’s the issue though; eventually! We usually either get pushed to the bottom of the list or don’t make the list at all and it’s time for a shake up!!!  In today’s Podcast I talk about why priorities are important, how I know I’m not following my bliss, what reminders life throws at me when I’m not living it true to my values, and finally I have put together an exercise for you to allow you to re-discover your values, priorities and set life goals accordingly!  Check out today's episode, leave a review and share with those that might need to hear it! Finally, don't forget to check out www.mazmiller.com/joyquarters for additional resources linked to each episode! Let's grow!

15: Episode 15: Letting go of the life that was
There are certain times in life when we find ourselves in life changing situations. Whether it’s a new baby, an accident, a loss or a choice we made, we’ve all been there. There’s growing pain, discomfort, not knowing, but above all we start to lose our sense of who we are and more tragically; we lose reason to smile.  In today’s Podcast, I share my journey through business, motherhood, moving homes and redefining it all from scratch! I was and still am on a journey to live a life that’s truly mine. One that makes only sense to me. One that I can be proud of when I look back on all the adventures that life has thrown at me.  If you no longer fit into the box, it’s time to smash it!  Links mentioned in podcast:https://www.mazmiller.com/lifereviewhttps://www.mazmiller.com/joyquarters

12: Episode 12: What is this life?
If you haven’t had a moment where you asked yourself this question in 2020, then we can’t be friends! What a year! And we’re not even half way through it. I held back releasing the podcast on this topic because I truly feel like there is no right way to talk about all that is 2020.  What I did explore is our need to take action, what form helping takes and why it’s okay not to be in the front line of it all. www.mazmiller.com/joyquarters

9: Episode 9: 40 Day Challenge
et's talk about this! I have done it, I get so many questions about it and to be perfectly honest with you, this 40 Day Challenge is about so much more than it seems on the surface.  t's about showing up for yourself like you never have before. It's about making yourself a priority above the "busy" life and everyone else's needs. It's about reaching a new level as a person that you were not even aware was inside you. It's about showing up for 40 perfectly imperfect days and not just focusing on the outcome each day, but loving the journey and process of becoming who you've always wanted to be. It's about proving to yourself for once and all that you are more than your excuses, more than wishful thinking and more than the spectator on the sideline watching someone else live their dream life. http://www.mazmiller.com/post/40daystochange

9: Episode 10: Don't push me
They show up unannounced, they "help" when you ask the to stay out of it and they never ever mean any harm by it all. Or say they tell you! There is always an excuse ready as to why they so innocently did what they did. And you just never know how to take it! You either respond in anger and look "crazy" or you just leave it and then get mad at yourself for not say xyz! Sound familiar?  Let's go into the whys and hows this week! We've all got someone, usually someone we love, playing with and pushing our buttons and boundaries! www.mazmiller.com/joyquarters

6: Episode 6: Good people work hard
"He's such a hard worker""She can do it all" "I've been so busy!" It appears that hard work, being busy and productivity are badges of honour and status in 2020. There is a part of us that hears these statements and immediately goes to a place of "hard working people are good people". I'm not even 100% where this comes from for myself, apart from the idea that being very busy and working so much doesn't give you much time to make evil plans on how to hurt others? It's as ridiculous as it sounds! Being a hard worker has nothing to do with being a good person. I have no doubt that we have all met someone who works all the time and is in fact; an a**hole!www.mazmiller.com/blog
