We always keep on saying we're back and then disappear for a while. But we just might be back, in this episode Anas and Badr discussed their time away from the podcast and what they have been up to since the last time they dropped a episode. This episode was really chilled out nothing planned just pure waffle and vibes.

Within this episode there are spoilers to a particular Turkish series ' Resurrection Ertugrul. This is a series based on a man that established the very foundation of the Ottoman empire. In this episode we decided to review this great series which can be found on Netflix and what we thought of it overall.

In this episode we discuss Al Rawabi School for Girls which is an arab series that is available on netflix. This series is based in Jordan and around Arab culture. This involved a school girl Mariam getting bullied by the girls in her high school where she gathers a group of outcasts to plot the perfect revenge for the tormentors which spiral out of control. We related this series to the stereotypes in the  culture, the double standards amongst boys and girls and the other contributing factors to these atrocities.

It's been a while but we are back, in this episode Badr and Annas discuss the idea of leaving a job that isn't working out for them in relations to issues and an individual's mental state. And we discussed how to recover and put ourselves back into the employment world. Annas emphasises the importance of knowing our value in a workplace and having the courage to leave places that do not respect us.

In this episode, we discuss current sport events such as the Euros where discuss the teams currently still in the competition and whether we think England can bring football home or will Denmark end the hype on Wednesday. Enjoy !!

After a while, the wafflers are back and better. In this episode we discussed what turns us of from particular women and it may have gotten controversial and some are funny well the normal balance you'd get from this podcast. We do aim to do a women's edition soon. ENJOY!!

As the football season has come to an end, Badr and Annas discuss the events within the English Premier League and their thoughts on each clubs performance and discuss what may be different within the next season.

After a long month off the lads have returned, in this episode Badr and Annas break down what's going on in Palestine and emphasize the importance of raising awareness on this matter. They both discussed the impact influencers can have by using their major platforms in condemning oppression that's going on around the world. The effectiveness of protesting was also brought into discussion.

This week on our final episode before the start of Ramadan have returned with more waffle. We discussed the upcoming mayor elections and the thought of Niko Omilana actually winning the election or whether it's a prank and some of policies that these candidates are coming up with. All of us three already believe Sadiq Khans reign over London is at an end. Annas believes that it's wrong to put ketchup and mayo on a kebab.

In this episode, we discussed our lifestyles in terms of maintaining fitness through the lockdown and struggles of finding ways of being active. And with Ramadan being around the corner, we discussed eating habits and methods of trying to exercise around it and hold it down.

In this episode, Badr and Annas discuss expenses in relations to whether MP's getting paid too much. They discussed Priti Patel and her 77k on eyebrows and how the GOVT should handle this.

In this episode we discussed the recent event of the murder of the Sarah Everard who was kidnapped and murdered by a police officer. We had Delores who also joined us on the show who gave her views on this case and the many cases that have not been brought to light. We also highlighted the issue of not being able to trust the authorites. We also emphasised the importance of the responsibility that men should have towards our women's safety.  Enjoy
