LLOYD LEWIS, WORLD WAR II VETERAN - Lloyd served with the United States Marines, 4th Marine Division during World War II. He was a rifleman. Lloyd and his twin brother, Boyd, were only 17 years old when they landed on Iwo Jima, February 19, 1945. Iwo Jima was the bloodiest battle the Marines have ever fought. The American forces suffered almost 20,000 casualties on this tiny pork chopped shaped island. Lloyd tells of the loss of his brother in this gripping story.
