VGR Interviews – Steamroller Studios (Uncut)
Adam, Keith and Jalil from Steamroller Studios are here to talk about Deadwood: The Forgotten Curse! A superb looking game that's still in production and currently available to back on Kickstarter. Here's what we talked about on the show: A background of the studio itself, and it's origins. The inspiration for Deadwood, as they describe how they arrived at the "Zelda meets Don't Starve" idea. The art style and direction, including how they're making an "Art Driven World" work. How the transition was from working on major projects in big studios (for example Avatar, Fantastic 4, Happy Feet and many more major blockbusters) to working on their own title with the own creative freedoms. We get their thoughts on Kickstarter and the idea of crowd funding in general They share some great stories from PAX East, including one boy who just couldn't get enough of Deadwood and the story of how one lucky fan won an incredible wooden carved Deadwood character! Plus we talk about Steam, the Greenlight and Early Access platforms, Indie Box and we also asked them your questions! There's so much more we covered, why not listen to it now or subscribe to us on iTunes and get us on the go! Once again a big thanks to Adam, Keith and Jalil for coming on the show and we look forward to having you back on when Deadwood comes closer to release

E04 – The Best and Worst of 2014
It's time for us to list our those games from 2014 that we'll never forget, some for the right reasons and some for all the wrong reasons. A few ground rules on the lists: The game had to be released in 2014 It could not be a re-release (so no GTA V for example) If you chose the game, you had to have actually played it. Because of this, it means that our list does not include any Wii U titles as neither of us own that console unfortunately!

E03 – The Problem With Destiny
This weeks show covers Destiny winning BAFTA's Game of The Year Award and Dan's review of the game. We bring you news on Upsilon Circuit a game that you can only play once and when you die, you can never play it again. The BBC have confirmed plans to create a GTA documentary/drama covering the origins of the game from DMA Design Studios back in 1997. Titanfall 2 has been announced, and it's not a Microsoft exclusive. Uncharted 4 gets delayed, and Sony and Nintendo argue over who sold the most consoles. There's news that State of Decay contained a bunch of dicks (literally), and would you believe it there's yet another crowd funded game that doesn't have permission to get off the ground? Plus we pay tribute to Sir Terry Pratchett, who sadly passed away earlier this week.

After over 60 shows of the successful "In 5 Minutes" podcast with Game Breakers, Dan and Nik return after a hiatus with a brand new weekly show. The VGR Show! In our first episode we cover this weeks best (and worst) gaming news. On tonight's show: Peter Molyneux breaks another promise to his fans, but his old studios are doing something new with Fable Legends. Batman Arkham Knight has a new trailer, which splits our opinion, and it also comes with an "M - For Mature" rating. Rockstar has some good news, heists finally have a release date for GTA 5! Rockstar has some bad news, GTA 5 on PC is delayed! Dan gives his thoughts after playing Evolve. Kanye West is releasing a video game... Yeah, we're not making that up. Plus people microwaving their limited edition Majora's Mask Nintendo 3DS consoles and what we've been playing this past week.
