Another trip around the sun
Every year we celebrate our birthday, and I was thinking how great it would be to use this milestone to start something new, this new year of mine. Today is actually my birthday and here is my idea, send me your questions, things you are dealing with and I’ll just them in my podcast and respond. I won’t use your name unless you tell me it’s ok, but a good friend of mine inspired me to do this saying it would be great if people could actually apply what I am sharing to their real life, in real time experiences, so let’s give it a try, ok? Another way of looking at justice
I grew up with guilt and shame, it’s just the way it was. The God I knew about was a God of retribution, Jesus however was a more loving presence which I gravitated to. Justice is often thought of as balance, but what if it is more about how can we stand in the flow of infinite love in the midst of our worst moments? Then what? Listen in, see what you hear.

You just never know
It seems we live in a time where knowledge is held high and yet I am so aware of the power of ‘not knowing”. What if you just stuck with whatever you are doing consistently, not knowing the outcome, what might happen? Or what if you simply gave, gave of whatever you have to give trusting that the gift itself has value, whether you ever experience it or not? Living into you just never know is trusting. Come on, listen in. You never know what might be in it for you.

Go Inward, it is where the goodies are
It is easy to get mesmerized by the outer world, there is a lot of noise, flash and quite frankly distractions to keep you and I occupied most days and nights, and YET… so many famous people have demonstrated for us that getting all the outer circumstances right is no guarantee for health, happiness or long and fulfilling life. So listen in for the opportunity to remember that all the goodies we seek are actually available when we go inward and use life as an opportunity to align ourselves with the unceasing flow of everything.

A lesson worth remembering
I’m so grateful life isn’t void of lessons. In fact, I look forward to learning new things every day. I suspect it is staying open, willing to learn, that keeps me youthful. I can only imagine that the stiffness elderly folks are known for may extend to our thoughts, emotions as well as our bodies. May we stay forever young!
