Millennials: A New Model for a Changing World?
They’re bold, they’re idealistic, and they’re ready to take on the world. Expect to see them in your workforce - about 80 million of them by some counts. They’re the millennials! And they are challenging traditional practices perhaps more than any other generation since the 60’s. Millennials have been dubbed ‘no-collar’ workers (reflecting their more egalitarian perspectives) and also the ‘gimme-gimme’ generation. But could there be more to these young people? Is there perhaps something we can learn from them as we teach them more about our businesses?
