Umphreak's Anonymous Radio: Listenback Episode 2: Notes:2/18 Northampton, Massachusettes - is definitely all about the 20 minute Jajunk, but the boys didn’t let us get to that second set opener without giving us some major firesauce the first set. A 9+ minute Deeper, 11 minute Waiting room and 10+ minute haunt bring some of the best song selections of tour so far, pulling tracks from all over the board and delighting this Umphreak. Last Man Swerving makes an appearaance second set (how I missed ye). Giant BLBC, 16 minute Sociable, this show is dirrrrty. But really, the highlight of the program is the near 20 minute Jajunk which has a rock jam and a dance party and is out of control, just check it out…2/19 Portland, Maine - jams are spread evenly instead of several extremely lengthy songs. Very very happy to hear The Floor getting some treatment in Portland, song gets played alot without much development. Sizzles in Portland. Divisions has a smoking solo right in the beginning, still not sick of this song. Stanton is obviously gorgeous, what a pretty little guitar heavenly blissdown. Not the the best jam from this show. Love the October Rain debut (song debut, not live debut, whatever)… very moody. FF is excellent as well, very nice Made to Measure. My choice for the 2/19 show. BIG 23 minute encore, gotta love that.2/20 Syracuse, NY - Love love love 2/20 - blissy and heavy jams, love the OoO opener, lets get more of that. 2/12 Richmond MiamiV over 2/20, both good (4 plays in 2015). Not the world’s greatest Mad Love - couch touring Mad Love, told Segal how amazing it was, wasn’t the crunchiest, didn’t suck. Heavy 2x2 > 1348 jam likely winner of the night. Puppet String > Believe the Lie is excellent, Bayliss hits the notes beautifully. If I had to pick one song, 2x2 my choice for 2/20.2/21 Albany, NY  - Who doesn’t love a Dump City opener?! Crushing that song in the later half of 2014/early 2015. Like the no intro, should switch it up more. Nice Atmosfarag appearance, Plunger and Wappy are top knotch. Weird to see Weight Around getting sort of thrown around in weird places in sets these days - that song can be able placement. After ALB is a weird choice,  imho.
