On this episode we give a quick market update and we get a chance to interview one of our new agents to Worley Real Estate.  Meet Michale Peralta! We are still in a strong sellers market!   May 2017 is a Seller's market! The number of for sale listings was down 19.4% from one year earlier and up 12.5% from the previous month.The number of sold listings decreased 8.3% year over year and increased 2.2% month over month. The number of under contract listings was up4.4% compared to the previous month and up 4.5% compared to the previous year. The Months of Inventory based on Closed Sales is 1.1, down8.1% from the previous year.The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was up 2.4% compared to the previous month and up 9.1% compared to last year. The Median Sold Price decreased by 0.6% from last month. The Average Sold Price also increased by 2% from last month. Based on the 6 month trend, the Average Sold Price trend is "Appreciating" and the Median Sold Price trend is "Neutral".The Average Days on Market showed a downward trend, a decrease of 12% compared to the previous year. The ratio of Sold Price vs. Original List Price is 100%, an increase of 1% compared to the previous year.
