Get out of the Office. Get More Done
After being inspired by Silicon Valley-style hacker houses, Peter Fabor was looking for a place in Europe where he could work, live and surf.
Unable to find anything that fitted the bill, he moved from Slovakia to the Canary Islands off the coast of Spain and founded Surf Office, before opening another location in Lisbon, Portugal.
What you'll hear in this podcast:
How the concept of Surf Office went global
Why the co-living scene is thriving
Tips on running a distributed team.
'This remote work revolution is a permanent change in people’s behaviour. It's changing how they work, how they travel and how they enjoy their time."
