Although there is no concrete definition of spirituality, as we all are in our infinitude different expressions of the ALL expressing ITself as us, here is my take on the process of self realization. For those who seek to innerstand themselves, it is not easy. We have been taught through various constructs such as education, religion, individuals in and outside our home, etc. that what we seek is outside of us. Every answer is outside of yourself. Don't trust yourself because "we" know what's best for you. To say that is false is an understatement. During the process of uncovering your intuition, the voice of your true self, you will uncover things about yourself that you might have repressed in the past, brought over from past lives, ignored, or simply didn't even know about. Nevertheless, it is through shedding that you realize who you really are. The process of spirituality is that of lifting the scales off of your eyes, wiping the lens clean of all the dirt, grime, and fog that you've been fed all your life. It is not easy but it is rewarding, trust me. I'm a living witness! Peace 🙏🏿
