A short letter from Forrest: In Episode 9 of Trainer Loves Foodie podcast, we had our first "bad" experience and we even thought long and hard about NOT publishing this episode. However, after much consideration...after much discussion...after much of, as Arleene puts it "peeing out of my butt" we've decided to publish it. We have no intentions of damaging an establishments name. However, based on hundreds of responses back from YOU, our listeners, we took your advice. The first piece of advice we listened to was to contact the establishment...which we did...twice. Never heard anything back. The second piece of advice was to publish it only if they didn't get back to us or try to rectify the situation in some way. ...but let me be clear.   We're not publishing this just because we are listening to others, although we do take our listeners opinions into serious consideration. We decided to publish this because we are here to tell our adventures.  The good, the bad, and the ugly. We hold to the idea that this is OUR perspective, and in no way are we trying to influence others. But this is our perspective, our lives, our truth. And we hold to that...and that goes with everything we do. In terms of the establishment, I wish them the best, and if someone from there is reading this, I want you to know this is NOT a personal vendetta against you, but it is simply our experience and we do wish you the best. Something like this doesn't define OR make or break a restaurant.   All the best fail before they succeed.   So please, always believe in what you do, and take this experience and make your place better.
