Five Lessons I Wish I Would Have Listened to About Life and Business
Five Lessons I Wish I Would Have Listened to About Life and Business 1. You don't have to have it all figured out.  Life is a journey, and we're all just along for the ride. This was something that I struggled with for a long time. I felt like I needed to have everything mapped out in order to be successful. But the truth is, that life is unpredictable and ever-changing. The best we can do is enjoy the ride and roll with the punches.   We tend to put a lot of pressure on ourselves to have everything "figured out" by a certain age or milestone. But the truth is, nobody has it all figured out. And that's OK! Life is a journey, and we're all just along for the ride.  Take small steps Celebrate tiny wins Take time to recharge (take a break)    2. It's not about the destination but the journey.   This ties in with the first point. So often, we get so focused on reaching the goals that we forget to enjoy the process of getting there. But if you take the time to savor the journey, you'll find that it's just as rewarding as reaching the destination.   Get more out of what you are doing - What are other ways to think strategically? Being grateful in the moment Journaling what's working and not working  3. You can't please everyone, so don't even try.    In business and life, you'll always have people who disagree with you and think you're doing it wrong. And that's OK! As long as you're true to yourself and your values, that's all that matters.   Trying to please everyone is a recipe for disaster. You'll only end up pleasing no one, including yourself. So instead of trying to be everything to everyone, focus on being true to yourself and those who matter most to you.   Focus on the relationships that matter most. Think of who really brings value  Accept that some people are your people and some aren't Set boundaries for everyone    4. Comparison is the thief of joy.   It's so easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others. But I realized that everyone is on their own journey, and comparing myself to others was only holding me back from enjoying my own life.   Apply what you have learned and what you see; don't copy Use others as fuel to push further There will always be a first and a last.   5. Perfectionism is dangerous.    This is something that I'm still working on, and it's definitely a work in progress. But perfectionism can be crippling, both in life and in business. It can prevent you from taking risks and trying new things out of fear of failure. And it's important to remember that failure is a part of life; it's how we learn and grow.    If I could go back in time and give myself some advice, I would tell my younger self to stop being such a perfectionist. At the time, I thought that everything had to be perfect in order to be successful. I would spend hours agonizing over small details, and as a result, I often missed deadlines. Not only was this frustrating for me, but it also made me less productive. I have since learned that it is far better to focus on the big picture and let go of the need for perfectionism. This doesn't mean that we should tolerate sloppy work. But rather that we should strive for excellence rather than perfection. By learning to let go of my perfectionism, I have been able to achieve far more in both my personal and professional life.   Done is better than perfect How can you be perfect if you don't release it to the world  Strive for excellence, not perfection I'd like to leave you with these popular quotes: "Life is a journey, not a destination."  - Ralph Waldo Emerson.  "The best way to find out what we truly need in life is by experimenting."  - Steve Jobs  "Don't compare your chapter one to someone else's chapter twenty."  - Unknown "You can't be everything to everyone." - Oprah Winfrey "Remember: life is an adventure, not a competition." - Unknown" These are just a few things I wish I had known sooner in life. But the reality is, that we all have to go through our own journey to learn these lessons. And that's OK! Just remember to enjoy the ride, and don't take yourself too seriously. Life is supposed to be fun, after all.  I'm so excited to spend these 100 episodes with you. I have grown as a person because of you, and I will be forever grateful. However, now is time for a much-needed break from podcasting so I can begin to put focus on other areas of my life and business. I can't wait to return to share all I have gained through my journey, and I can't wait to hear from you!    Please follow me on IG @totalfitbosschick if you aren't already so you can see what I will be up to.

How To Harness The Power of Gratitude
How to Remain Positive when Dealing with Negative Situations and People   Each day, we are bombarded with negativity. The news is full of war, crime, and disaster stories, and it's easy to become wrapped up in our own problems.   It's no wonder that many people find it difficult to appreciate the good things in their lives. And accept the lessons out of the bad things.    Dealing with negative situations and people can be tough, but it's important to remain positive. After all, your attitude is a choice. And, as the saying goes, "attitude is everything." If you choose to have a positive attitude, you'll be more likely to see the good in people and situations. You'll also be more likely to find solutions to problems.  Of course, it's not always easy to stay positive. However, gratitude has the power to change our perspective and improve our well-being.   Focusing on what you're grateful for makes it harder to dwell on the negative. Another is to surround yourself with positive people. When you're surrounded by people who radiate positive energy, it's easier to keep your own spirits up.   Finally, don't be afraid to step into your next chapter. Sometimes the best way to move forward is to leave the past behind.  The Power of Gratitude We've all heard that it's important to be grateful for what we have. But what exactly does that mean? And why is it important?   Being grateful means more than simply saying "thank you." It's about acknowledging the good in our lives, even when things are tough. It's about recognizing that every day brings both challenges and blessings. It's about being present in the moment and appreciating the small things that make up our lives.  Gratitude has been shown to have a number of benefits for both our physical and mental health. People who practice gratitude are more likely to exercise regularly, eat healthy foods, and get enough sleep. They're also less likely to experience depression, anxiety, and stress. And gratitude doesn't just make us feel good; it also makes us more likely to help others and to engage in pro-social behavior. Ready to Put the Power of Gratitude into Action?  When we take the time to be thankful for the good in our lives, we open ourselves up to more happiness, love, and joy. Gratitude allows us to see the world in a more positive light and provides us with the strength to face life's challenges.   So next time you're feeling down, take a moment to appreciate everything in your life. You may be surprised at how much better you feel. After all, life is an adventure. Embrace it!  Get in touch with Mesha: Instagram @ask4mesha Glamour Up's (a luxury swimsuit cover-up and accessory line) Youtube @ask4mesha Tik Tok @ask4mesha

Secrets on Scaling an Online Business While Still Holding Down a 9-5
In this episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick podcast, we're talking with Libby Rothschild, founder, and CEO of Dietician Boss. She shares her secrets on scaling a business while still holding down a 9-5 clinical job. She has been featured in major publications and spoken at universities around the world about how she scaled 220% in a year without using paid ads or SEO - all from just one side hustle that grew into something much bigger than expected!   She was making $55,000 a year as a dietician, and she noticed that there was this massive gap in salary between her education and her income. So Libby decided to take her knowledge to social media and start their own business. She used her speaking and coaching side job and took it to video; before long other dieticians were asking to be coached as well.   With a small, targeted audience, Libby has been able to reach the million-dollar mark. She's continued her success by teaching others how they can too!   Tune into this show for some powerful techniques that will help you make more money with your online business even if things seem hopeless right now  Secrets on scaling a business online without running ads? There are a million things to think about and a million more things that can go wrong. However, with careful planning and execution, it is possible to scale an online business successfully.  How did she get started? She documented her journey. Simply put, she recorded what she was doing and shared it with her social media community.  Here are four steps to scaling an online business   Step 1 You have a business solving a problem Step 2 Create a separate business social account Step 3 Consistently show up, sharing all aspects of your life where you feel comfortable. Step 4 Build online relationships with others by commenting, DMing, and engaging (include large accounts, accounts at your level, and smaller accounts)   How do you manage to scale an online business without getting overwhelmed? Step 1 Use the 80/20 rule and prioritize the most important aspect that moves the need in your business. (What has worked and double down on it) Step 2 Do market research. What are related hashtags you can search to find more keywords, pain points, topics, and concerns in your space? What type of content are people creating, and who are the key players? Build relationships with the key players and provide valuable engagement.  Growing and scaling an online business when you're just getting started.  Be focused Build community Learn pain points Be relatable by sharing your story and talking about the market's pain points   How to grow and scale with a 9 to 5? Sell a product without a service by creating a stream of passive income. Libby created a course. She was able to make money so she could spend her time marketing and talking about her market pain points. The process of talking about pain points and providing a solution became a passive stream of income.   Secondly, she provided private coaching. However, supply and demand go into effect. The more she was in demand, the more she increased the price of coaching because it required her time.  Then she transformed private coaching into a mastermind. Then she was able to take more clients and make more money with less time.  Libby invested in herself and her business, like her clients invested in her. Personal growth is a key component to success. Therefore, she has a mentor and works with mentees.  Are you ready to start scaling an online business while still holding down a 9-5?  The truth is, you don't have to give up one for the other. There are many successful business owners who are able to run their business from anywhere - even from a smartphone! You just have to have a plan, be organized, and be dedicated to making it happen. We hope that this podcast has helped you to see that becoming a successful entrepreneur doesn't have to mean forgoing your current life and career.  Reach out to Libby and her team if you need help scaling an online business while holding down a 9-5. @dietitianboss www.dietitianboss.com https://bit.ly/podcastlibby

Finally, Land Big Corporate Clients
Steps to Landing Corporate Clients Cracking into large corporations can feel like an impossible task for entrepreneurs. However, with a little persistence and know-how, it can be done. Here are four steps to getting your foot in the door of a big company: 1. Do your research. Make sure you understand the company's mission and values, as well as their specific needs. This will help you tailor your pitch and give you a better chance of impressing the right people. 2. Network, network, network. Get connected with as many people as possible who work at the company or know someone who does. The more connections you have, the greater your chances of getting your foot in the door. 3. Be persistent. Big companies receive hundreds, if not thousands, of pitches every day. Don't take no for an answer; keep trying until you get a yes. 4. Follow up. Once you've made contact with someone at the company, make sure to follow up and keep the conversation going. The more you interact with them, the greater your chances of landing that dream job or contract. Alejandra is an expert at scaling businesses and knows a thing or two about attracting big-name clients making her the perfect person to help us navigate the often-daunting task of scaling up our businesses without losing focus or quality. Expert Advice: Mapping Out the Ideal Customer Journey
Listen to this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick to learn all about the organic marketing funnel and the ideal customer journey! Topics on Customer Journey Mapping Process Intent and Half-Built Bridges Customer Journey Maps Pitching to Publications Mentoring Moments with Stormie How to Perfect the Customer Journey?  The customer journey is crucial to funnel your audience to actual paying customers. However, most of the time, we rush our consumers to buy a product that they end up cutting all connections with you. Let's avoid break-ups by tuning in to this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick Podcast to get all the details! Key Points on Customer Journey Mapping  Awareness Stage: Customer Journey Touchpoints In this stage of the process, we're highlighting and understanding the customer touchpoints or pain points that are problems your audience faces. This prompts us to begin our research. We can start the search by considering what resources we can provide and the different types of messaging that would benefit a person trying to learn about solving their issue. Customer service starts with listening to the customer's pain points. An effective customer journey doesn't put sales pressure on the consumer when presenting solutions. This will ruin the customer experience and cause the user to choose an alternative. How well are you applying the customer pain to your customer journey?  Unique Value Proposition  A successful company should offer something unique to its buyer persona. So, how do we set ourselves apart without pressuring the customer? It's with our unique value proposition. Our unique approach, offering, content, intent, or relation, is our unique approach. Our unique value proposition is what will truly get us far with our business.  Discover Your Intent Pinpointing what your intent can be difficult; try answering these questions to help you determine what they are:  What truly sets you apart from your competitors? Can your competitor easily imitate your message and offer?   Craft Your Message  From here, you need to create a message that shows your audience you understand their pain points, what they're looking for and need and how you or your brand can assist them in the buying process.  Remember, you're helping them with their journey - not a bibliography on yours.  Marry Your Success  Let's not get too caught up in proposing to our audiences and scare them away! How to Build Confidence and Resilience to Overcome Anxiety and Inner Struggles
One aspect that we face in our daily lives is working under pressure, and to make better decisions and take decisive actions we need to keep our cool. To be able to do that we need to understand two things. First, some things are not in our control. These are aspects we need to accept and let go of. Second, there are things we do have within our control. From here we can begin to decide how we react to these things, including how we speak, behave, respond, and how to think of ourselves. Doing this helps us shift our focus to something we can take action towards, keep our emotions at bay and implement solutions.  Tune in to this week’s episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick Podcast to learn how we can take control of situations before it controls us!  Topics on Confidence and Resilience  Working Under Pressure  Building Motivation under Adversity  Entrepreneurial Journey and Ego  Mentoring Moments with Sami  An Entrepreneur’s Ego   In our entrepreneurial journey, we’re bound to feel as if we’re not enough, struggling with anxiety and stress. We tend to look over these inner struggles by blocking them away. However, the key is accepting ourselves. Don’t miss out on all the insightful details, listen to this week’s episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick podcast!  Key Points on Confidence Resilience Values  Compass  In the modest of pressure and chaos, there’s always one place you can return to, which is your values. Understanding your values will give you clarity on the type of person you want to be. Your values will help ground you, acting as a compass to steer you in the right direction. Assessing your values is important because it aligns you with your true authentic self.  Acceptance  Ego is the image we construct of ourselves in our minds based on past experiences, good and bad, conditions, and cultural programming. It leads me to my point that you can be ambitious and grounded. Yet, we let our experiences in our entrepreneurial journey define entirely who we are. We pressure ourselves to not fail and we should always succeed. This causes toxic productivity, pressure, and low self-esteem to grow instead.  Identity  We tend to let our entrepreneurial journey dictate who we are. However, we are more than just entrepreneurs, we are someone’s mother, friend, wife, husband, son, or sister … we need to understand that being an entrepreneur is only one aspect of who we are. We shouldn’t confine ourselves to one identity.  More Than Confidence and Resilience  Let’s overcome chaos, embrace all our sides, and control situations before it gets the better of us! Epic Prospecting and Lead Generation Tips You Must Know!
Topics on Prospecting and Lead Generation:  Sales Prospecting Post COVID  Marketing Channels  B2B lead Techniques  Mentoring Moments with Navid  Key Points in Prospecting and Lead Generation Technique  How To Handle Objections?  When we call prospective clients, we tend to be faced with an objection. Tune in to this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick to get all the details to turn objections to loyal customers!  Smokescreen To handle a call where the client is objecting, you need to figure out if it's just a smokescreen. The key feature of a smokescreen conversation is when they don't give an actual reason why their prices have gone up or whatever other issue may be bothering them. Listen and Acknowledge  When the client begins to raise the smokescreen, you need to listen to them and acknowledge their reason. If you continue to pitch without acknowledging what they have told you, they're most likely annoyed and do not want to entertain what you have to say; hence, active listening is a crucial skill for a salesperson.  Hook  After acknowledging their objection, you need to say something that will surprise them. This will allow you to peak their interest, and they would want to continue listening to you. If you aren't sure what to say, go back to your value proposition. From here, you can briefly talk about what you can offer.  Set a Meeting  Lastly, set a meeting! Many people tend to leave this out, but it's very powerful! Ask them when they are free or what time best works for them for you to address your pitch properly. Prospecting and Lead Generation to Success!  We've learned how important it is to prospect and qualify leads by using techniques and insights mentioned on the show. How to Plan an Unbelievably Productive Week in Less Than an Hour
First, let's talk about some productivity tips for staying productive. Productivity is all about simplicity. An elaborate morning routine or productivity method may not be what works for you, but it could be perfect for someone else.  I've tried tons of methods to find out that it may be best to integrate several methods. But all in all, no matter which method is best for you, these steps will help you get where you want to be.Before we jump into planning a productive week, let me tell you the three rules we follow before we set our goals for the week.Keep it simple - Apply the 80/20 ruleContrary to some gurus, You don't need to have tons of complicated planners, notebooks, and apps to be a productive person. In fact, the less clutter you have, the better! That's why the Pareto's Principle, the 80/20 rule is a great way to simplify your life and focus on the important things. Basically, this rule states that 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed by all that you need to do, take a step back and ask yourself which tasks are actually going to move the needle? Give yourself a task test. Do I NEED to do this to reach my goal? I recently read the book via; Audible Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins, who is a retired professional athlete. And is the only person in history to have completed Navy SEAL training, Air Force tactical air control party training, and Ranger School. He is also a former world record holder for the most pull-ups done in 24 hours. Pretty amazing stuff, right? David put in countless hours of training in order to make his dreams happen. But what if David only spent 20% of his time training and the other 80% of his time doing tasks that had no real bearing on his goals. Just think... What if Oprah spent 80% of her time in her early years gardening? Do you think you'd know who she was today? "Someone's sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago."— Warren Buffett The first step is to focus on the one thing that you want to accomplish for the week that aligns with who you want to become.Be consistently intentionalThat brings me to the second rule. Be intentional with your weekly goals. Do they line up with your monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals?  If your goal is to become an influencer. Your week should reflect tasks and actions towards becoming an influencer. If your personal goal is becoming more patient, your weekly goals should reflect that goal...Consistently! So what do you do when it's hard to be consistent? David said in his book that when it got really hard to continue, he was running with a heart condition, a broken leg, and bloody swollen feet. He pulled out virtual cookies from his mind's cookie jar of all the wins he had already accomplished, both large and small, to encourage his willpower to continue. Jerry Senfield uses the don't break the chain method in his life as a comedian. Jerry consistently and intentionally applies the 80/20 rule by writing one joke every day; because he has created a lifelong string of many jokes, he will remain a comedic icon. Action step: What is one thing you can consistently and intentionally apply to reach your goals?Be flexible and integrate your entire lifeOne huge problem with "time management" is that we do have not to control over time itself. There's no way we could accurately schedule every moment. Life happens, which is why it's best to add plenty of cushion to our day. We forget to integrate our life with our work and our work with our life.  Don't get me wrong; I'm not encouraging you to multitask. What I am saying is when you plan your day, keep in mind that you may have doctor's appointments, little league games, lunch with a friend, downtime to yourself, and time for the necessities like getting ready for the day and reflecting on your day. By no means am I suggesting scheduling out every little piece of your day. If that doesn't work for you, it definitely doesn't work for me; however, what I am saying is to make sure that you are flexible and that you remember to include both your work and your life. Again, I don't encourage task switching or multitasking; however, there are times when multitasking can be beneficial to you. For example, if you've scheduled an hour for a walk, that's also the time when you can listen to podcasts or catch up with a friend or neighbor. Let's sum up the three rules we should follow before we plan our week.Keep it simple - apply the 80/20 ruleBe intentional - Do your weekly goals apply to your overall goal?Be flexible - Integrate your entire lifeIt doesn't matter if you're wondering how to plan your week as a student, entrepreneur, or a goal-getter; these strategies will help you build a solid plan to get you there.Step 1 Schedule a Day to Plan Your WeekOne of the best ways to make sure that you actually plan your week is to schedule it in your calendar. This will help to ensure that you get it done instead of procrastinating or winging it because you didn't make the time. Some people swear by planning on Sunday or super early Monday morning. Sunday's used to be my number one pick too. However, my favorite days now are Thursday or Friday. Find space in your calendar that you can commit to and schedule it. Platforms like Google calendar make it easier to schedule your planning sessions for weeks to come automatically. It's like a date with your planning session. So that means time without social media which includes but is not limited to Tic Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat, LinkedIn, and their friends' Clubhouse, YouTube, and Pinterest. When you have a scheduled day of the week for planning, it's easier to stay focused and productive. Step 2 Use a System to PlanLet's talk about where are you going to store your plans? We have to use a system. Some where to house our plans outside of our minds. This system is a giant step for your sanity. It's the difference between sleepless nights and sound rest and the difference between a wish and an accomplishment.Studies have shown that people who write down their goals are more likely to achieve them.People with written goals are 50% more likely to achieve than people without written goals (http://www.goalband.co.uk/goal-achievement-facts.html) Multimillionaire CEO and author Lonnie Dawson says that only 1% of the population has written goals they review regularly, and these were among the highest achievers in the United States. Dawson also says a millionaire looks at their goals once a day in a billionaire looks at their goals twice a day.  But it's not enough to just jot down a few goals, review them, and hope for the best. You need to find a system that works for you to plan your week."Experts in every field agree on the transformative power of systems"(Mark Joiner, Simpleology). Do you like paper or digital planners? While some people swear by paper planners, others prefer the convenience of digital planning apps. There are pros and cons to both methods, but it ultimately comes down to personal preference. I like to benefit from the muscle memory of using pen and paper, but I had random journals, notebooks, and pieces of paper everywhere. But I prefer the flexibility of digital planners. What was my solution? I pair my digital planner with an iPad and Apple pencil using the Goodnotes app. It's the best of both worlds for me. I can keep my plans handy wherever I go, but I can manually write everything out without sending out a search party. Whether it's a digital planner or good old-fashioned pen and paper, there are plenty of options. I have a free time blocking template and digital planner template you can use either digital or as a printable. However, if you use printables, you may want to include some digital systems like: NotionTrelloGoogle CalendarGoogle Tasks Step 3 Brain dump, categorize and prioritize tasksOnce you have your system in place, it's time to do a brain dump. This is where you make a list and write down everything that's on your mind, no matter how big or small. Once you have everything out of your head, you can start to categorize and prioritize your tasks. How do you categorize your tasks is an individual thing. It's what's important to you. I say break them down into no more than five categories such as finance, social, personal, health, and family. In case you need a little help understanding the importance of categorizing or selecting your top categories, I'd like to share an extremely popular theory quoted by great leaders like Tony Robbins, Mel Robins, and Brandon Burchard. Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is a theory in psychology that Abraham Maslow proposed in his 1943 paper "A Theory of Human Motivation".The hierarchy describes the basic needs that human beings must satisfy in order for them to reach their full potential.  The first level of the hierarchy is physiological needs, such as the need for food, water, and sleep. The second level is safety needs, including the need for shelter and protection from danger.  The third level is love and belongingness needs, including the need for friendships and relationships. The fourth level is esteem needs, including the need for respect and recognition. The fifth and final level is self-actualization needs, which includes the need to become everything that a person can be. The hierarchy is often represented as a pyramid, with the lower levels representing the more basic needs and the higher levels representing the more complex needs. Maslow believed that all human beings have the potential to reach the fifth level of self-actualization, but not all will do so.  He also believed that people are motivated to satisfy their needs in order of importance, starting with physiological needs and moving up to self-actualization needs. The goal is for us to become the most fulfilled version of ourselves. Categorizing our priorities helps us get there by reminding us of what's really importa

Personal Finance Coaching Advice From a Dave Ramsey Financial Coach
Topics Discussed With a Dave Ramsey Financial Coach Get Out of Debt Set Up a Monthly Budget Prepare for RetirementPersonal Finance Coaching Topic As Leah highlights, make something visual; make yourself a vision board if you're visual. And the other thing is to give yourself like victory prices. When you figure out what 100% of your debt is, and then when you get to 25% of that is paid off. Take a hundred bucks away from your dog, that snowball, and go do something fun. Don't start saving until the debt collectors. Pay off debt collectors, then start saving for college and paying off your house in your retirement. If you look at Dave Ramsey, he's got the steps in order to do it that way. It's convenient because it's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and you're done. So do it in the order. What would be the fastest, most efficient way to get debt taken care of? There are lots of options. But it's most common to start with baby steps. There's the debt avalanche, the debt snowball. How to Reset Your Mindset to Get What You Want in 5 Easy Steps
Work in Reverse The first step is to work in reverse. Instead of starting with what you have to do, start with what results you want.? Ask yourself what actions you need to make to create those results? Once you have a clear idea of that, you can start mapping out how to get there.  So what does that look like in 5 steps? Here are five simple steps to reverse engineer your goals to reset your mindset:   1. Start with what you want 2. Ask yourself how to get what you want - List the Actions Necessary to Achieve the Goal 3. Assign a Time-Frame to Each Action 4. Create a Schedule for Completing Each Action 5. Check off Completed Actions Reversing the process of how to create something can be beneficial when it feels like you have too much on your plate and not enough time. We have to take a moment to breathe and plan that won't overwhelm or paralyze us. In other words, this is how we approach resolution as opposed to starting with where we are now or how we got there in the first place. - Working backward can help us make more manageable plans for what's next because it costs us less mental energy than trying to figure out how to take care of everything at once  - We're able -rather effortlessly instead-to identify the most important tasks on our list, work through them one by one, and trust that the rest will fall into placeControl What You Can The second step is to take control of what you can. This means being mindful of your thoughts and how they impact your emotions and actions. It's easy to get caught up in a negative thought spiral, but it's important to remember that you have the power to choose how you react to things.  You can't control everything in life, but there are certain things that you do have power over. Choose your attitude, how you spend your time, and the words that come out of your mouth - these are all things that YOU can control. Make a conscious effort to focus on the positive and let go of anything negative that's dragging you down.  If something negative happens, don't dwell on it - focus on what you can do to fix the situation.  - You can't always control what happens to you, but you can control how you react to it  - When you focus on what you can control, it empowers you to take action and make positive changes  - Negative thinking leads to negative actions, so make a conscious effort to focus on the positiveSpeak Power Step three is to speak power. This means being intentional with your words and how you use them. The things you say to yourself greatly impact how you feel, so choosing your words wisely is important. When you catch yourself thinking or saying something negative, stop and reframe it in a positive light. For example, instead of "I'm such a failure," try "I'm learning and growing."  - Your words have power, so use them wisely  - Reframing negative thoughts and statements into positive ones can help shift your mindset  - The more you speak positive words into your life, the more you will believe them.  - Instead of beating yourself up, be kind and understanding - remember that everyone makes mistakes! If you are looking to build a daily habit of being more intentional, head over to www.totalfitbosschick.com/onedayatatime and download the free digital planner template. Live Without Regrets The fourth step is to live without regrets. This means making peace with the past and living in the present. Make choices that align with your values and what you want in life. If you make a mistake, learn from it and move on - don't dwell on it or let it hold you back. It's easy to get caught up in what could have been, but it's important to remember that you can't change the past. What's done is done, so focus on what you can do now to make your future better.  - Don't dwell on the past - focus on the present and how you can make positive changes  - Living with regret only holds you back from reaching your full potential  - Learn from your mistakes and use them as motivation to move forwardBe Growth-Minded The fifth and final step is to be growth-minded. This means viewing every problem as an opportunity for growth and success. Instead of seeing obstacles as roadblocks, see them as challenges to overcome. No one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes - but it's how we learn and grow from those mistakes that counts. This mindset shift can make a big difference in how you approach life.  - Viewing problems as opportunities can help you stay positive and motivated  - It's important to remember that obstacles are only temporary - you can overcome them!  - Having a growth mindset means that you're always learning and improving, which is an empowering feeling Resetting your mindset is a process, but it's worth it! These five simple steps can help you get on the path to success. Remember to be patient with yourself and take things one step at a time. By following these five simple steps, you can reset your mindset and get what you want in life - no perfection required!  Just remember to take things one step, one day at a time so be patient with yourself. Growth takes time, but it's so worth it in the end.    Work less. Live more. Focus on What Matters. Surefire Ways to Balance Career and Motherhood Without Being Overwhelmed
In order to be a more effective worker, you must have clear priorities and understand what your goals are. When did raising your kids turn into an all-out war on yourself? We should shift our focus to quality over quantity in all aspects of life, whether work or play. Looking in the mirror When you became a mother, you also got a reality slap from a non-obvious friend - yourself. When you realize that there is another pair of eyes watching your every move, you become VERY aware of how you treat yourself. What you do will tend to be what your child does as well.    Denisse says, -The way I look myself at the mirror -The way I talk to myself when I fail -The way I take in or push compliments And it jumpstarted one hell of a journey that I'm still going through until this very day.Ready to Balance Career and Motherhood Without Being Overwhelmed? Achieve One Year of Goals in 6 Weeks: Intuitive Goal Setting
We all have a list of passions in life along with goals.  Nine times out of 10, it's a money goal. When we choose to shift our negative beliefs about money, it allows us to collapse those goals' timeframe because we no longer are attached to the functional, practical, predictability approach. Shifting our negative beliefs about money allows us the freedom and flexibility in approaching life with a clear mind. We can let go of old behaviors that no longer serve us because many of them are based on invalidating experiences from childhood- after choosing what's best for ourselves instead of accepting everything, we'll find new hope! This gives people peace of mind since they don't need external validation other than themselves, which means if something feels wrong, they'll stop pushing forward into spaces where their happiness won't serve them. And it makes sense to us to feel the value, feel who we are, what we bring to the table, how we operate with money because men are wired very differently. You are completely capable and powerful to take the leap of faith and begin the process. Listen to your intuition first and then intellect.  So, don't miss any of the details on the Total Fit Boss Chick podcast, "Achieve One Year of Goals in 6 Weeks: Intuitive Goal Setting." Intuitive Goal Setting Topics How To Cultivate Confidence How to Collapse the Time Frame Apply New Self-kindness Habits Understand the Difference Between the Masculine and Feminine Traits Develop Money Habits Apply your Genius Zone Talents Is Intuitive Goal Setting For You? As Marla highlights, to live an authentic, THRIVING creative life and business, we must honor our spirit by what brings us the most joy and what nourishes us at the core. It's time to stop enduring life; instead, live it with passion.  When you listen to your intuition and follow the promptings of inspiration, it can take surprising turns that lead toward new insights. Ask an Accountant About Processes in Business?
As Courtney highlights, she has clients who face roadblocks in taking their business to the next level. It usually comes when entrepreneurs don't have a system set or documented. Hence, when they start adding more people within their organization - it doesn't seem to grow the way it should. And it can really hold you back from adding another location or growing into other markets, or adding more people.  How can you define business growth without creating a system? Don't forget to tune in on this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick to learn more about taking your organization to the next level! Topics on Processes in Business  Winging It  Systems  Find People's Perfect Fit  Information  Budgeting  Accounting and Processes in Business   We're going to talk about some points on finding the perfect fit for your people and budgeting. So don't miss any details on Total Fit Boss Chick - tune in now! Key Points For Your Organization  People  Sometimes, when we face roadblocks, we are not sure if it's because of the people in our organization or our processes. To distinguish if it's the process or people, you need to reassess if the people are the perfect fit for the job. This means they align with your business's purpose, vision, and core ideology.  As entrepreneurs, we want to hire someone just like us. But it's important to understand that we can't replicate ourselves. The key point is to understand that everyone has their own gifts and talents - sometimes better skills than ours.  Budgeting  The main purpose of a budget is to help you plan. It helps you designate how much money you want to make and how much money you want to earn. Consider budget as a tool to pencil out your vision and plans for your business, helping you continuously track your results against it and adjust your strategies based on the outcomes.  Budgeting can be empowering. You can start sorting out how much money you will invest in a launch, pay yourself, or create a product or service.  The best part of it is you can start now. You don't need to wait for January or the last quarter of the year. This is because we create budgets based on past historical payments. So it means that depending on how much you spent previously, for example, a launch, cost this $XXX amount - it will become the baseline for this year's new launch budget.    If this seems overwhelming, I highly recommend you to take it One Day At A Time with the (FREE) Daily Planner!Processes in Business to Grow Profits  Don't forget to tune in to this week's episode on the Total Fit Boss Chick! 7 Clever Steps to Building Stronger Communities: Learn More, Earn more
In this episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick, we're joined by EA Csolkovits, the founder of Givers University. He started at 16 as a janitor, but he was a millionaire by the time he was 23. Today, we will discuss how to build a sense of community, the seven clever steps to attract more givers, and the importance of mentorship and coaching. Before we jump into building a community of givers - let's clearly define who they are! Research has concluded that 20% of the population are "takers" or people who take an opportunity in situations. 20% of the population are "givers" who provide value to the circumstance. The remaining 60% are "fencers" who can act as givers or takers depending on the situation.  Now it's important to highlight that even if you are a giver, you are not taken advantage of or taken for granted. This is because what you give out will return to you. Hence, building a community of givers will truly inspire and help you achieve your goals!  Tune in to this week's episode of the Total Fit Boss Chick to learn more about the steps to attract and build a community of givers! Topics on Building Stronger Communities EA's story EA's lessons The steps to building stronger communities - D I S C E R N Mentoring Moments with EA How to Building Stronger Communities: Learn More, Earn more  Can you envision a community of givers that will provide you coaching, mentoring, and counseling? From here, you can ask yourself, "who or what type of people do I want to surround myself with?" However, I would like to clarify that you shouldn't be stereotyping or judging a person. You are DISCERNING the people you want a community with!  Invite Next is invite! Invite those individuals who also would want to create their own community in the future. You can teach them how to build their community.  Convene On a regular basis, it can be weekly or monthly, but it's important that you find time to meet together with your giver community.  Identity Establish an identity for your group. Have an established name for your community, and it's members. It aids in the closeness and comradery of the group.  Rotate Rotate the chairperson for every meeting. She’s the founder of NFA, a money healer. She helps you work less and earn more. Today we’re discussing money blocks and breakthroughs and the conversation you should have with yourself to become financially fit. I know you’re probably questioning what money blocks are? Money blocks are limiting beliefs; we say that we can’t achieve our goals because we are in a negative headspace. We’re in a negative headspace because of comparisons and fear. Also, money blocks cause imposter syndrome and burnout, and we push ourselves to our breaking points.  The next question is - how do we get past money blocks? Through buy-ins! Start with affirmations that your brain and subconscious can believe. For example, let’s say that you’re not making the amount of money you want and feel stressed out at work. Instead of going, “I’m going to become a multimillionaire entrepreneur,” which you might not believe yet, begin with “I am on my way to building an ever-growing business.” The key in making this work is to focus on the positive; it shouldn’t be rooted in fear of scarcity but looking forward to your growth.  You can also check out the Productivity Sheets.
