I interview my power lifting coach Brandon (Coach Bundun). We go over my power lifting plan, how it revolves around my injury, and progression. My injuries and conditions include: previous low back pain, L4 L5 S1 disc bulges, SI joint degeneration, piriformis syndrome (similar to sciatica), QL strain (quadratus lumborum), ankylosing spondylitis, and trap / levator scapulae strains.
