TNA Chat Live Special 07-19-13 now archived
With the recent drama surrounding TNA, the BronxFather decided to bring back TNA Chat Live for a one night special to discuss what has been going on with the company and what its future may hold. Bronx started out talking about the previous night’s Impact, especially the X-Division tournament and Chris Sabin becoming the new TNA heavyweight champion. The host was not all that impressed with how the title change went down, but then the phone lines were opened and the callers made themselves known in a huge way. Everyone had their opinions about the title change, the late payroll and the recent TNA releases. The Aces and Eights storyline, the Main Event Mafia, you name it, and it was discussed! Many callers talked about the future of the company, and if TNA can survive. What was the overwhelming verdict? Check out this archive as TNA Chat Live came back for a special presentation here on the SNS Radio Network!

TNA Chat Live: The Final Show 05-23-13 now archived
On the final edition of TNA Chat Live with the Bronxfather, the show opened with a tribute to Owen Hart on the 14th anniversary of his tragic death. The Trey Dawg and “The Power” Andy Knowles joined Bronx for what turned out to be one of the most interesting and captivating segments in the history of TNA Chat Live. The three started off talking about Mickie James’ title win, which of course had the Power extremely happy, and then branched off to do some fantasy booking as a result of Dixie Carter’s comments about a possible WWE/TNA crossover event. The boys discussed what matches they would like to see in the unlikely event this ever happened, and before the break the three hosts talked about their futures in radio, with The Bronxfather teaming up soon with JJ Sexay for the re-debut of Unplugged, Andy’s future with the Rewind, and Trey’s Dawg House coming back. After the break, things got extremely heated between the BronxFather and the Power Andy Knowles regarding health care in wrestling, and Zema Ion possibly having cancer and having to set up a fundraiser to pay for his treatment. This is NOT a debate you want to miss, with caller Anthony Farley getting stuck in the middle! TNA fan and longtime listener Terrence called in and gave his always valued opinion, and longtime chatter N8T even chimed in before the BronxFather wrapped up this nearly 2 and a half hour final edition of TNA Chat Live on the SNS Radio Network.

TNA Chat Live 05-16-13 now archived
This week on TNA Chat Live, the BronxFather started the show by going over Impact, and then had a very special guest on the show to talk about the recent Austin Aries situation with Christy Hemme. It was a very insightful interview to say the least. Bronx gave his opinion on the situation, and asked if, with the Attitude Era gone, have we become “re-sensitized” and more easily shocked now? This question was posed to the callers, and there were many, who chimed in about everything from Impact to the Hemme situation to the AJ Styles angle. The show then went into serious overtime as the Trey Dawg called in, and he and Bronx went down memory lane, with Trey telling some funny old TNA stories. The boys talked about wrestling radio, some Wrestling News Live history, JSK, beer drinking with some TNA talent and Trey’s future in radio and what he’d like to see on the network. It’s a show you certainly won’t want to miss, so check out the archive only on the SNS Radio Network!

On this week’s edition of TNA Chat Live, the BronxFather talked about what was a better episode of Impact than we’ve been getting, which saw D’Lo stripped of his “colors” and the return of Abyss, who took out the entire Aces and Eights single handed! The Trey Dawg chimed in briefly, before long time caller Terrence called in and he and Bronx had a lengthy discussion about TNA’s ratings and its future. The L-train called in at the end of the show to talk some TNA, before Bronx wrapped up, informing the listeners that when Impact returns to a 9PM start time at the end of May, it will mean a rescheduling or repackaging of TNA Chat Live. On this special edition of TNA Chat Live, the BronxFather was joined by none other than the Trey Dawg, who went over a long-term fantasy booking scenario for TNA. This scenario covered everything from the world title, to Aces and Eights, Sting, Matt Morgan and many other aspects of Impact Wrestling. The boys agreed that this week’s offering by TNA was it’s best in awhile, with some solid wrestling and even, finally, some interesting Aces and Eights business, with D’lo Brown putting his colors on the line against Kurt Angle and losing! Definitely an episode of TNA Chat Live you won’t want to miss!

On this special edition of TNA Chat Live, the BronxFather talked about this week’s episode of Impact, and the angle that has been started between Sting and Hogan. For a change of pace, the host talked some WWE Raw and poked some fun at Rosa Mendez. The callers chimed in with their opinions on both companies. TNA Chat Live 04-18-13 now archived
On this heated edition of TNA Chat Live, the BronxFather broke down this week’s Impact, and he and the listeners were not impressed. After a crap-fest of almost nothing but Aces and Eights, Bronx had no choice but to give a scathing opinion on the storyline, and the host’s waning interest in it. Even long time TNA supporter and TCL listener Terrence admitted that TNA needs to do something different. Bronx read some TNA news, talking about some executives leaving TNA, and also the dropping of Spike TV from some Canadian cable packages. Make sure and check out the archive. Be warned, this is NOT a show intended for children. Let’s hope TNA does better next week, and keep tuning in right here on the SNS Radio Network.

The BronxFather broke down what happened on Impact, including Aces and Eights and how they’ve advanced in some ways since Bully Ray was revealed as president. Bronx asked if TNA has lived up to the expectations the IWC had put on it awhile back, regarding going live and having shows in different arenas. The callers were mostly positive, although the host was none too happy about the Gut Check segment and neither were the listeners, if you read the SNS Facebook page. After the break, there was talk that Robbie E has apparently signed a new deal with TNA. Oh joy! Bronx wrapped up the show by talking about the shoot-style remarks Mr. Anderson made about Jeff Hardy, which were pretty harsh. Check out the archive right here on the SNS Radio Network!

Tonight on TNA Chat Live, the BronxFather broke down what happened on Impact, including the Bully Rey promos where he explains how he worked everyone for over a year with the Aces and Eights angle. Bronx was happy about how those promos went down, and talked about how Bully Rey is one of the best heels in wrestling right now. Bronx then took some phone calls, with listeners not too happy about the recent changes in the X-Division, including weight limits and every X-Division title match being contested in a triple threat. After the break, Bronx and the listeners talked about where the Aces and Eights angle is going, and will Hogan actually be the one to ultimately battle Bully Rey! Most agree this isn’t a good idea. Before closing the show, the host gave a shout out to Chris Masters who saved his mother from being burned alive, before ending this week’s edition of TNA Chat Live on the SNS Radio Network!

Tonight on TNA Chat Live, we had a go home show leading into TNA’s Lockdown Pay Per View this Sunday! The show started with a 10 bell salute to Paul Bearer, who passed away this last Tuesday. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and colleagues. The main topic was the reveal of a new Aces and Eights member, as the “VP’s” identity was shown, and it prompted a less than stellar reaction from the BronxFather. Immediately after opening the phone lines, a new caller called in and gave his theory about the reveal, and how it made sense in his opinion. A very good call indeed! After yet another call, Bronx took a break and then broke down the card for Lockdown, which looks to be a solid Pay Per View. Ashley from the Open Book called in, and talked about the female gut check that took place tonight. The host went over some booking scenarios with longtime caller L-Train before wrapping up the show right here on the SNS Radio Network!

The BronxFather brings a special podcast edition of TNA Chat Live to the SNS Radio Network, to talk about the past Thursday’s Impact and some things going on both outside and inside TNA. Bronxy ran down Impact and what he liked and didn’t like about this episode. One of the topics discussed was Hulk Hogan making Bully Ray, an injured wrestler, the number one contender for the TNA World Title, and Velvet Sky winning the Knockouts title. The host talked about Hogan’s comments regarding Jeff Hardy, and why he agreed with what Hogan said, but NOT how he presented it. Inspired by Andy Knowles’ podcast the night before about Glenn Beck and his comments about the Jack Swagger “Tea Party” angle, Bronx gave his opinion which was rather blunt. In closing, we spoke about Scott Hall joining DDP’s Yoga program and the hopes that he will do well. Bronx also challenges the listeners to call and email the next live edition of TNA Chat Live, and ask them what they would do if they had the book in TNA. Both agreed that Impact was a solid show this week, and before Trey had to leave because of feeling a little under the weather, the BronxFather played a clip of Diamond Dallas Page and Jake “The Snake” Roberts pleading with Scott Hall to come and join them to clean up his life. Hall did not sound good at all, and we hope and pray he will do the right thing and get help. After the break, Bronx opened the phone lines and took emails. The listeners were free to give their opinions as always, before the show came to a close. An insightful edition of TNA Chat Live this week, here on the SNS Radio Network!
