Day 34 – Cereal Killers on Kickstarter And More Weight Loss Podcast
Hello again, Tim here with my day 34 update. Today I found a great scientific study we should all get involved with. Professor Tim Noakes MD is there to guide one man's quest to hack his genes & avoid Heart Disease, and T2 Diabetes. His colleagues at the Sports Science Institute of South Africa also provided a wealth of expertise and support throughout the 28 day period of observation. Dr Gabrielle Prinsloo orchestrated and assessed more "before and after" tests than we knew possible - including the very latest DNA analysis which identified Donal's genetic fault lines. Cholesterol was tackled as it should be - with much more comprehensive testing than traditionally applied. Day 33 – Where Has The Hunger Gone? Podcast
Tim here with my Day 33 update. I lost .3 Kg (around 6/10's of a pound) since yesterday's weight in. Total weight loss is now 6.9Kg (15 2/10's of a pound). I talk about the lack of hunger and my overall thoughts about this keto diet in todays video. Rock on with Low carb!

Day 5 Update – Keto Friendly Oopsie Bread Substitute Podcast
