PROVERBS 8 Why do we act surprised when things do not work out as anticipated or planned? Why do we think we can dictate how our lives unfold? Are we in charge or in control of our lives? Well, we may be in charge of certain aspects of our lives, but we are definitely not in control of our lives. If this is the case, what do we do? Hence the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdomKing Solomon maintained peace throughout Israel through wisdom for forty years. Life on earth was founded on wisdom and can only truly be maintained through wisdom.Given that it is meant for all how does one access this wisdom from God. James 1:5 If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him.Therefore, as a child of God do not lose out on many of the privileges that are made available for you because of not determining to possess them, and wisdom is one of them. We are encouraged ask for wisdom from God and shall be given to him, but we should do so in faith (James 1:5

A Demonstration of God’s wisdom The Maker of man admonishes us to strive for wisdom in all that we do. But what is wisdom? What is the value of wisdom to human life? What is the difference between wisdom and intelligence? Which aspects of life is wisdom applicable in? How does one acquire wisdom? Why does one need wisdom? Who is wisdom for?Assuming we have the answers to the questions above, the next questions will be: Where do you find this wisdom? Which type of wisdom surpasses them all? Granted, you may have your own perspective and understanding of the subject. But as for me, I want to bring to light the wisdom that I am talking about, the wisdom that transcends time, location, human understanding and comprehension. The wisdom that is timeless!!The question remains: But where shall Wisdom be found? And where is the place of understanding? Turning into the Book of Job, written during the times he endured  unimaginable loss and suffering. It is a book that encourages us to be diligent and keep the faith and a good attitude amidst trials  and tribulations.                Where do we find this timeless wisdom?

Where do we seek guidance?I discovered that there is an extraordinary ingredient that we seldom acknowledge, even though it guides us irrespective. However, the difference is how we apply that ingredient in response to our life circumstances or situations. I am not sure how you would define this extraordinary ingredient, but to me it is wisdom from God, and it is timeless. I assert that it is timeless because it has proven to transcend the only commodity that humanity is locked into and bound by, namely time. Hence the wise man - King Solomon - has affirmed that ‘what has been will be again, what has been done will be done again…’ (Ecclesiastes 1:9, NIV).  In setting out to create the universe, God utilized wisdom as a basic principle of procedure.
