Anxiety is cause by many different things. But I have realized mine is triggered by specific ones and I wanted too share. Know you are not alone and if your anxiety is triggered the same way mine is we can get through this together. Regardless we can get through this together there is help and people willing to Listen.

Each year we take time right before the 1st of January to say what we want to accomplish for the New Year. But, if you are anything like me these resolutions do not even make it to February. So lets take 5 smaller steps that will lead to CHANGE! However, Remember the most important part of any year or any day is to live in the moment and be extremely grateful.

Self- Forgiveness Let's do more of that
We often thinks the only people we need to forgive are other for things that have happened. But we are wrong! Forgiving ourself is even a more important process of moving on and starting to heal. I had to learn to forgive myself the hard way. My life has not been the same I know love myself more because I am not as hard and understand that things happen. My job is to learn and move on..not dwell.
