The semester is over! I can't believe it! This week at law school, I fell sick and struggled to make it through the last week of classes. This week on the show I interviewed my good friend Jackson Skinner and I talk a little bit about my preparations for the final exams. This week at law school I had a great networking experience that helped to alleviate some of my fears, met up with some students from BYU-Idaho, and developed nightmares about the final exams. This Week at Law School I had to get back into the swing of things after the placement break. I struggle with a difficult concept in my contracts class. I got to watch the Armed Forces Court of Appeals hold court at the law school. Also this week, I interviewed the brilliant Jameson Gardner who already has a PhD in something that I don't know anything about and is looking like he will probably destroy law school as well. Finally, I am including a special musical number from my property class this week with the permission of Professor Fee who performed this while playing the dobro and accompanied by one of our classmates, Kate Raynor, to help reinforce some of the legal concepts we have been learning about. This Week at Law School, I got to spend some time hanging out with one of my oldest and best friends. I slept in a tiny tent. I interviewed the awesome America Andrade. And I spent some amazing time volunteering at the annual Law and Religion Symposium that BYU Law puts on. This week at law school, I find myself struggling to balance my classes and stay positive. I discuss some of the difficulties of legal writing, some of the complexities of property law, and one of my all-time favorite cases so far: Cordas v. Peerless Transportation Co.
