Chad Bernstein is a husband and father of four amazing kids, Co-Founder/CEO of Guitars Over Guns, and a professional musician who has been instrumental in the evolution of the “Latin Funk” sound of Miami. Chad received a Doctorate of Musical Arts from the University of Miami in 2012, turning the focus of his dissertation to Guitars Over Guns’ research-based methods. In 2015, Chad was honored as a CNN Hero for his work, and has since been featured by the Steve Harvey Show and People Magazine. Most recently, Chad was named an inaugural recipient of The Elevate Prize, selected from among thousands of global changemakers. My friend Courtney first recommended I go see Dr. Jeff for a nagging old knee injury and told me he was a "witch doctor".  She was right.  Dr. Jeff, is a Dr. of Chiropractic Medicine but that title does not do his work justice.  He is the most intelligent, empathetic, gifted healer I have ever met.  If you care at all about your mental, physical and social health this episode is a masterclass in the connected nature of our bodies and minds.   If you are in the Chicago area I can not endorse Dr. Jeff enough, even if you don't have any physical ailments an 1 hour session with is unlike anything I have ever experienced.  I leave feeling informed, relieved, confident, understood and elated.  For real, Dr. Jeff is superhuman.
