The BFG | Episode 10 | They Came From the Silver Screen

Episode 10 | The BFG Spielberg and Disney in bed together, what brave new world do we live in? Is this a film where John Williams' compositions help or hinder the source material? Is this a film for the twenty-somethings, the parents or the children? Was this a film Spielberg should have done? These are just a few of the questions we get into this episode of They Came From the Silver Screen. Film Synopsis Ten-year-old Sophie(Ruby Barnhill) is in for the adventure of a lifetime when she meets the Big Friendly Giant (Mark Rylance). Naturally scared at first, the young girl soon realizes that the 24-foot behemoth is actually quite gentle and charming. As their friendship grows, Sophie's presence attracts the unwanted attention of Bloodbottler, Fleshlumpeater and other giants. After traveling to London, Sophie and the BFG must convince Queen Victoria to help them get rid of all the bad giants once and for all.
