They Called This a Movie Episode 105 - The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974)

Who will survive and what will become of them?
It's our final 31 Days of Horror episode for 2020, and this year, we let the fans decide on our last movie. It was a close final tally, but in the end, it was Tobe Hooper's classic 70s slasher, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, that won out.
As we put one final bow on spooky season, we come at this one with a slightly hot take. So grab your finest head cheese, break into your neighbor's house, and scream for 30 minutes straight as we dissect this one with chainsaws. We talk about everything from the likelihood that we'd pick up the hitchhiker, whether or not Leatherface belongs in the pantheon of great horror movie villains, and try to decide what it is that we're missing.
