Top 3 things to prepare your athlete for practice. At our next clinic Aug 10th 2019, which will be free since we are celebrating our 30th Anniversary since I started Strength of America. At our morning clinic from 8-10am for our Parents, Coaches and PE Teachers, we will cover
1. How to help teach your kids how to "Eat for Fuel" without that the workouts will be sub par, because of lack of energy and slow recovery.
2. How to spot potential ACL and other knee injuries then how to help reduce the risk of them occurring
3. Athletic Performance - how to increase vertical jump and better rebounding reactions, increase power and a quick powerful first step for better cuts, how to get faster and yes you can teach speed!!
after the morning clinic we will host a 90 minute athletes clinic from 10:30-12:00. You can then see how we teach these skills to your kids.
