#42 - Paul Breitenstein: Tigers, Malaga & Coaching
Paul left me the task of describing him. It's difficult to pin down his eclectic personality and multifaceted approach to teaching and coaching. Paul takes life one day, one hour, one minute at a time. He's been teaching kids for over 10 years placing particular emphasis on the mind-body connecting while exploring learning through play. He builds a curriculum based on the needs of the individual. He applies wisdom from a plethora of eastern and western esoteric philosophies that meld in unique ways. Paul is an excellent addition to any group activity. Thanks, Paul.

In Echos Words: I am a 500 E-RYT. My background began in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Baron Baptiste Power yoga. It evolved to Yin, Restorative, Tantra and Trauma Informed Yoga. Like progression my practice evolves as I do. But most of my teachings are quite fluid. I focus on alignment, breath and slow flow. I try my best to create organic movement in my individual practice as well as the practice I share with my community. I can only hope that this is what my students experience and that when they leave the classroom they feel more at peace in their physical, and mental bodies than they did prior. It is important to note that due to individual challenges growing up in a tough environment I use behavioral psychology, neuroscience, breath control, non violent communication, trauma informed yoga, and other behavioral studies as part of my holistic approach to using yoga as a meaning of healing. I work in areas specific to sexual abuse, addiction, ptsd, c-ptsd, and DID.  Books Mentioned: Conciousness Medicine Many Minds One Self A New Earth Non Violent Communication Find Echo: WEBSITE: http://www.echoflowyoga.com YOUTUBE: https://www.youtube.com/c/EchoGieselWidmer INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/echoflowyoga FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/echoflowyoga InsightTimer:http://insig.ht/echo_aroundthworld
