One of the largest benefits of going to a gym for myself hasn't been the physical changes, it's been the mental benefits. There's been many times I've felt like I couldn't continue through a workout only to have the group encourage me through it. After accomplishing things that only a few years ago I would have though would be impossible for myself it's translated into an increase mental game that has benefit all other areas of life. Enjoy!!
