The year 2008 was filled with gigantic AAA blockbusters that were fully utilizing the current 7th generation of video game systems. Chase starts with his pick of a post apocalyptic, RPG that changed a franchise, Bandy chooses a game that reaches across RPG, RTS, and creation genres to make a truly unique game and finally Bryce picked a procedurally generated zombie game that was somehow infinitely replayable. Support the show

2008 was an amazing year for cinema, but also movies that Ol' Marty Scorsese wouldn't think is cinema as the MCU began. We also saw a high point in blockbuster comedies with Pineapple Express and Step Brothers. The Boys, however, chose none of these films. Bandy begins with his pick involving an older actor who revived his career with this thrilling suspense film.
