Know that trying to get your time for yourself is an important invest that you have to make.  Seriously, it is a necessity that you should recognize.  When you invest in a little more YOU Time aka ME TIME.  You are giving yourself a break to energize and get back into the game.  This makes you even more valuable to your family and business or boss.  You are able to think clearer, pivot from tasks easier and be more susceptible to changes without apprehension. Routines lock you into a routine.  This is mindset work, remember. We are working our mindset to recreate our value on having time for ourselves.This is not something that you can fail at.  I mean it.  I know Failure and it has taught me some very valuable life lessons.  The word - FAIL just mean First Attempt In Learning. Learning this to get you to a Growth Mindset.
