In Episode 26 I speak to Marie Lahoud. Born and raised in Sydney, Australia as a first generation Lebanese Australian. She comes from a large family of 6 children, 3 boys and 3 girls. She is also a proud Aunty of an 8 month old boy. Having studied a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and E-business, she went on to work in the IT industry in marketing and product management for 12 years. In 2016 she decided it was time for a change and was getting tired of the rat race. She found herself quitting her job and volunteering at her church for a couple of days a week. That then turned into being one of the key staff members! Her focus there now is running the Digital Media and making sure they have up to date policies as a church. An Italian originally from The Bronx, NY, she now lives in San Diego, CA, and works as a Personal Trainer. She's a dancer and actress, and it was a trip to LA with her mother as a 16 year old that made it very clear to her that that was the city she wanted and needed to be in. Shortly afterwards she returned to LA for a dance audition for a Billy Joel tour, she made the final cut only to miss out due to her age, but this led to another film booking, and with that, Jordan decided to leave her Business Degree in MS early and head to the city of angels.
