12 - Fitness Challenge

In this episode we throwdown some fitness challenges heading into 2021. This is a positive motivating podcast where we hold ourselves accountable. We stepped on the scale and weighed in. Cynthia weighed in at 146 and Anthony weighed in at 221! In 30 days we'll have an updated podcast with updated weights to let you guys know how we're doing.
