Episode 010 Bryan Bloom Part II
In episode 10, Chuck welcomes BACK the advisor’s advisor, Bryan Bloom. Bryan serves a CPA at The America Group, or “an advisor’s advisor.” He spends most of his time coaching other financial advisors. He provides hands-on coaching, meeting with the advisor and their clients in real life live interactions. He is a mentor with The Breakaway League, and received the Navigator Award in 2010 from Ohio National. He graduated in 1976 with a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Illinois. Episode 006 David Romanelli
In episode 6, Chuck welcomes Dave Romanelli. David Romanelli is a #1 bestselling author, international speaker, and your guide to bringing old wisdom and ancient healing practices to your modern life. David initiates connection and conversation between the old and the young. Our elders in their 80’s, 90’s and 100’s fought in WWII, survived the Holocaust, marched for civl rights. They are our most precious resource of wisdom and history. Yet, most elders lack a voice in popular culture, and live out their final years in isolation. We can do better. We have to better. David creates an ongoing series of events called DRINKS WITH YOUR ELDERS, bringing the old together with the young in communities across the nation. This inspired David’s third book, LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OLDEST AND WISEST, which shares elders’ advice on parenting, marriage, loyalty, resilience, and having a sense of humor through all the ups and downs. David started teaching yoga in 1999, developed a following, and put a pop-culture spin fusing yoga with modern passions. He started with Yoga + Chocolate which led to Yoga + Wine, Yoga for Foodies and Yoga + Jazz. This fusion of the ancient Eastern world with the pop culture of the modern Western world led to acclaim in The New York Times, O Magazine, Food & Wine, and The Wall Street Journal. During this time, David wrote his debut book, Yeah Dave’s Guide to Livin’ the Moment, which reached #1 on Amazon’s Self Help Bestseller List. From yoga, David found a natural segue into the ancient practice of meditation. He leads guided meditation programs for every generation (adults, teens, and kids). These programs are entertaining and totally relatable, with a focus on real life…marriage, parenting, sports, business, friendships. His meditations are featured on the award winning mobile app Happier and his kids meditations are featured on Stop, Breathe, Think which has won multiple Webby Awards for Best App in the Health Category. Episode 003 Emily Prendiville
In episode 3, Chuck welcomes Emily Prendiville. For over 20 years I followed traditional teachings until I was awakened after the Economic Meltdown of 2008. My first step in response to these events was to become independent and that was the birth of Financial Transitions, LLC. After '08, I believed the economics of the world had changed. My question became, "if the economics of the world have changed does it make sense to continue to tell my clients to do the same thing?" My pursuit in answering this question gave me clarity to see that we have only been given half the story about wealth - as the financial information most of us receive is built on the agendas of the financial institutions, Wall St, and the Government. Today, I educate people as to how they can be in greater control of their wealth, so that they live with the freedom to spend more, save more, and give more. My message is multiplied through my mentoring financial advisors, to whom I teach these strategies, in partnership with personal and professional evolution. Writing my first book, currently titled "Awaken the Advisor Within". I had been a speaker at The Million Dollar Roundtable and is a Top of the Table member. I have been the featured speaker at many events throughout the country with my most recent message, "Change Your Words, Change Your World." Live outside Nashville, TN, with my son & dog. Love anything and everything outdoors, and have completed 6 Boston Marathons. Emily currently lives in Thompsons Station, TN and is the owner of Financial Transitions in Littleton, Mass. Connect with Emily Web: http://www.financialtransitions.us Web: http://www.emilyprendiville.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/emily.prendiville LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/emily-prendiville-wealth-guide-1b12539/ HIGHLIGHTS 0:25 Chuck introduces Emily Prendiville. 1:19 Emily discusses her current metamorphosis. 1:56 Change your words, change your world. 3:45 Why can’t people sometimes get out of their own way? 4:10 NLP and Tony Robbins 6:16 The value of experiencing new adventures. 8:55 Peeling back the layers of the onion. 10:35 Helping the financial community. 12:54 Leading with your heart. 15:07 What does Emily’s morning routine look like? 17:01 Emily shares a meditation secret. 20:05 Emily is starting a private foundation or an impact fund. 21:28 Name a game changing book. 22:50 Something most people do not know about Emily. 23:18 Favorite guilty pleasure. 23:37 Favorite food. 24:00 Person in history that you would most like to meet and have dinner with. 24:28 Billboard material and where would it be?
