#14 90 Day Fitness Challenge Kickoff

In this episode, we will kick off round 4 of the FMLS90 day fitness challenge! At a high level it is a 90 day program where you set and track your goals toward fitness, however you define it.Some of the features it includes:Daily PromptsWeekly ThemesMonthly AccountabilityOptional Accountability Partners (You pick or I can help you find one.)Bonus content available only on the podcast.
