Adapting our habits to the different seasons of our lives
This week we’re discussing adapting our habits to the different seasons of our life. The Big 5: Conscientiousness
In this episode we're diving deep into personality trait conscientiousness. This is the personality trait related to responsibility, organisation and discipline. What is creating a "Persona" and how can it help you bring change into your life
In today's episode we are taking a real-life client concern and I share how we actually went about this situation in a coaching call.
