#31 - Making Tough Decisions with Alex
In this episode, Jono is travelling overseas so Alex grabs the mic and goes solo to talk about his journey from becoming an apprentice chef to business owner, and 3 particularly tough decisions he had to make in that period to look after his own best interests. This is a journey a lot of us have been through, and often it is only the expectations of ourselves and others that keep us where we are, and sometimes it takes some honesty and self awareness to actually break away and keep moving towards what we all ultimately want: unconditional fulfilment.

#30 - Sometimes you just gotta laugh. Merry Christmas from Us!
In this episode, Alex and I roll down our socks and have a laugh for Christmas. We both play this hilarious game called "would you rather" and enjoy all the joy that it brings. It is a card game that we highly recommend. We also acknowledge that this period is not always the happiest of times for people and their families, in fact, it can be quite lonely for some, so we are sending enormous amounts of love to the people that need it the most. Merry Christmas from Alex and I, we will see you in 2020, next year folks. Peace out!

In this episode, a storm rolls in as Alex presents Jono with a message he got on instagram saying 'when I get skinnier, I will be happy'. The rest of the chat explores why so many of us attach happiness to a physical result, and why that will not only NOT make you happy, but it can actually slow you down from getting the results altogether. #019 - What it means to be a Conscious Carnivore and how to Ignite your passion for FOOD - with Dan Wait.
In this jam-packed and extremely passionate podcast, Jono sits down with Dan Wait and explores the world of food. Dan likes to call himself a conscious carnivore and prides himself on a hunter-gatherers approach to eating. Food for Dan is deeply spiritual; he sees it as a way to connect with mother earth and build a bond between the people he loves. Dan talks about eating the animal from nose to tail and is appalled that we only eat 12% of the cow and the rest goes to waste.  He is a massive believer of getting your kids in the kitchen and making organ meats taste great, so his kids are getting the best possible nutrients to grow. If you are interested in moving away from a typical fad diet and want to eat more nutrient-dense foods for your body, then this podcast is for you. You won't think about food in the same way ever again.
