9 - Starting Simple, Use the Data
It is so basic that it is sometimes overlooked. Does everyone in your company have the ability to see the underlying data that would help them make better decisions? Are they making general decisions without data? What would happen if they could actually see the data before they make a decision? This is a solo episode where I talk about why data matters and why companies often overlook one of the simplest first steps in a data-driven or digital transformation initiative. The good news, this is easy to fix.
