Responding to Private Guest Feedback
Every now and again, we hosts get private feedback in addition to a public review from a guest. Ideally, if the feedback is negative, we expect the guest to discreetly let us know privately. If you are a host that is willing to learn and grow your business to a successful level, then the private feedback shouldn’t hurt you, rather, it should be welcomed and taken seriously.
