#8 Black History Month Discussion, with Natasha Lea Mills
Episode 8 with Natasha Lea Mills, was recorded during Black History Month, October 2020. In this episode, we talk about her experiences and views on racism here in the UK. Natasha has worked for over 12 years in the Elite & Professional sporting arena as a physiotherapist, as a Performance Lifestyle Advisor, coaching and mentoring Team GB Judo, Archery and Para-Archery teams. In addition to the above, she has also worked more widely on issues in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in sport, and has experience as the Co-Chair to the BAME Network at University of Warwick and part of the Racial Equality Task Force Group.
Having worked alongside people of colour in the sporting arena, including Linford Christie, Jessica Ennis-Hill and Dame Kelly Holmes, Natasha was inspired and has gone on to set up her own Coaching consultancy to empower her clients, transform their thinking and giving them a road map of what it takes to win.
